1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipments are handled via DHL / Deutsche Post / other trusted logistics providers.

  • Germany: Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days.

  • European Union: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

  • International (outside the EU): Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
TitanShopp is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays & Liability

TitanShopp is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or force majeure events.
